KGL Landscapers were so Great!
 

We've had some serious upgrades done to our new home. Landscaping was one of them. Thank you for all the posts and threads on this company. After taking all 3 estimates from other recommended companies KGL was a no brainer for us! They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive. We got so much more dollar for dollar than we even expected to receive on our budget. The superior quality and plant material was more than we bargained for. Jeannie answered all our questions and concerns. She is a walking encyclopedia of all things landscaping that we asked. They even poured a concrete pad to set our grill on that we hadn't even thought of. Great company. Jeannie designed our landscaping on her computer so I could see the entire property before we ever spent a dollar. Thank you for your recommendations. I would refer them to anybody.

They claim on there web site to start jobs with in 24 hours of contract just like a few other so called landscapers on this page.
It legally takes 4 days for a landscaper to do any work on your property.
More than a week for Village approval.
They all state that they are insured.
It does not matter as soon as someone that works for them steps on your property.They are now on your insurance.
Because most of the people that work for them technically do not , they pay them cash and there is no record.
So beware
And for work comp insurance for all workers on or near your property.

We of course viewed their website, did our research and got many referrals before we decided to do our landscaping project. Kgl had all the proper documentaion and they got ARC approval before work started. It seems the bigger companies will do anything to knock down a smaller hard working company. By the way i didnt see anything about work starting in 24 hours on their website. They were honest and really listened to my wife and I. The best part is they came back to follow up and answered all of our questions and concerns. It seems like a company like this is hard to find out here in the Villages. I really had to pick through many.
