Interesting Brownwood Billboards
 

There are two big new billboards on Route 44 - one for traffic coming from the Wildwood side of Brownwood and one for traffic coming from Leesburg.

Both advertise Brownwood and the nightly entertainment, shopping and real estate sales.

Conspicuous by the absence, is any mention of The Villages on either sign.

That's interesting.

True, but you will see The Villages painted on buildings, that face the road.....

I am missing the point too. Don't we have signs around pointing to Lake Sumter Landing too?

Maybe Gracie you should see the signs I have never seen any signs on 27/441,301,466,or 42 like these guess the place will need a lot of support. There is still a lot of build out for the area and any stores will need a lot of support not only from the village, but the whole area
