looking for Doctor referrals, please
 

My mom needs an urologist and an ophthalmologist. Does anyone have a doctor they like? I would like someone who speaks very clear english, my mom has a hard time with accents. I need someone with a decent bedside manner. She is not a big fan of doctors. And preferably someone here in the Villages. I don't want to have all her doctors in Ocala, if possible.

Not sure what type of doc u need he's general family doc

According to their web site, he is not a doctor, but a nurse practioner - "ARNP" is after his name.

I am an RN and have been to several eye docs in the area. Even though Dr. Ramchandler does not accept my insurance, we have returned as a patient of his practice because of his expertise and capable staff. He does have a very slight accent but very easy to understand. As far as urologists, I highly recommed Dr. Brunetti with Lake Urology; very competent, personable; would definitely be my choice if I needed a urologist. Hope this helps in your decision making!
