Or grill kitchen - don't know how to refer to this but we are thinking about putting in a grill island - something like this

Other than T&D, can you recommend other contractors that do this type of work. We will buy the grill top but just need someone to customize the enclosure

We used Frank York (aawi@mfi.net) to build ours. He did a great job.
I have attached a sketch of what he built. I can send you photos of the finished product if you pm me.

It's very nice but it looks like it's built inside the lanai - I want an island out in my birdcage as my lanai is closed in glass from celing to floor and I don't want a grill in there. But I do have a spot for a built in grill. Would he do the same thing outside?

I had an after-market outdoor kitchen installed with a grill, top burner, sink, refrigerator, and ice maker by a company based in Apopka. I love it and will share more details if interested.

Natural Gas
 

That looks wonderful. Whatever you do though, have it plumbed for natural gas. There is nothing worse than being in the middle of cooking and running out of propane. :evil6:
