Unit #219 - Gilchrist - Unavailable?
 

Unit#210 is on the Villages website and the next new section to be sold however a very large percent of the sites are listed as unavailable. Has the Villages discontinued selling lots and allowing the homeowner to select a home and gone toward building the house and selling the house and land together?

As I understand, there will be more spec homes now with less lots available. Don't despair! I think they will go in phases, but I think they are moving sway from as many lots as they have been so backed up in the design phase. They are running about 5 months. Mine was over 4... I am sure there will be at least some in each section, but not as many for sure. Hope you find what is right for you!

WOW! What a place to live. It is unbelievable how many people are moving here. We have been here 8 months and still are thrilled.:pepper2::pepper2:

Does anyone know where section 211 is going to be?

Rumor confirmed on more spec home, we just closed on our house and the contractor said he is building more spec homes because the design team appointments are out until April. Houses up north seem to be selling and people want to move to the warmer weather. He manages 35 houses at a time and there are five other contractors and if the others manages the same that's 210 houses in the construction phase at a time.

It makes one feel confident about home values when the demand is this high!:pepper2:
