Well...we did it!
 

:pepper2: We closed on our house yesterday.....moved in some stuff last night. After almost 3 years of wanting to be here...our house in NC on the market for almost 18 months, it finally sold to a couple who love it as much as we did. Plans have changed during this period, but feel that this is the time and the house that was especially for us. The Village of Fernandina on Ducksbury St. - a beautiful Seabreeze. We raised glasses (plastic) of the bubbly last night with friends in our new home. Can't wait to see what's next in our new adventure!! Did mention that :2excited:

This tar heel moved in 10-25 and nc house sold this week after being on the market for 3 weeks.

Congrats BeeGee. We recently closed on a home in the villages also. We have been currently showing our home here in Massachusetts and hopfully get it taken care of by year end.

Congrats ! We sold our house in August, made settlement on our house in Charlotte on Monday and we are moving in and enjoying every single second of life here !!

Congrats! Our house in Raleigh sold in July and we closed here in August. Seems like a bunch of NC folks have found TV!!
