For about 10years when making a long distance call we used the above prefix when dialing. This costs us 5 cents per minute. However for the past 2 days I keep getting a message that all lines are busy. I am afraid that this service is no longer available. Does anyone know of a similar service that we can use?

You're using a dial around code, try calling their customer service number.

Why pay even 5 cents? Cell calls cost nothing per minute up to your plan limit. Magic Jack calls are unlimited and free; only about $20/year.

And he's paying .95 a month access, back in the day these codes were a good deal, not so much anymore.
