Beware Sanibel, Charlotte, north and south of Pinellas
 

Beware, this in addition to my prior post, about Professional Services Plus, LLC, scammimg me out of $250.00 deposit to EPOXY my garage floor. Which Roger Greenlee, never completed. They have been seen in the Sanibel, Captiva, Charlotte, Ferninanda area, DO NOT EMPLOY, this guy, he also brings his girlfriend and 3 year old son, to hang out. He will take your deposit and not return.

What does this company do
 

Wow. I will be cautious on who I choose for services. I have people knocking my door down constantly. Some sales people are very pushy.

In new areas they are like vultures, knocking at your doors to take your money for everything. Same thing happened when we moved into Pennecamp 2 years ago. Ask friends and this web site for referrals. Check with Crimes Against Seniors. You worked hard for you money so don't let the vultures have it.

Yup...beware!!!
 

Beware of ALL door-to-door folks! They especially are prevelent in the newest areas because people aren't as informed about how things work yet. They really are prohibited to do that here...call Village Watch or even the sherrif's office. Never pay up front on any job!!! You can call Senior's Againest Crime to report this matter!

One tactic is to do one job in a neighborhood and do it well. Then neighbors talk and the contractor gets more jobs in the same neighborhood but they are never done as well if ever completed.

Put roger Greenlee in search block. LOTS OF COMPLAINTS!

If anyone sees this guy, get his plate number than call the police.

When these guys come to your door, just tell them the property is owned by a corporation in France. Give them a phone number in France and that will be the end of them.

I answer the door with "Hello" . . . . . and after they get into their thing I say "No speak Ang-Go-Lish" a couple of time. They leave pretty quick.

It seems this guy has ripped off many people in TV. Why hasn't he been booked on fraud charges? He was at my door several times at the beginning of this year shortly after we moved in. I sent him packing after being warned about "contractors" knocking on your door! Shame on him and the woman seated beside him in his pickup truck!

this website has not been posted, to my knowledge, in quite a while - VIRGINIA TRACE, THE VILLAGES, FLORIDA it contains a wealth of infrmation about the villages AND it includes a "good services list' for your reference - new residents might want/need to take a look there.
