anyone have good or bad experience with Broward Factory Service warranty

I also would be very interested in the answers to this question. Heard them advertise on the radio again today.

We rented a house while waiting for our home to be completed. The owner had Broward service. The element went bad in dryer. They were out the next day. Had to order the part. It took about 4 days for the part and the tech to install. The landlord thought they were good. I think your appliances need to be less than 10 years old. I think the $180 plan does not replace if it can not be fixed.
