Removed all caulk from corners and seat of 9 year old shower. Etched old grout of seat and floor of dirty grout. Bleached the seat and floor to remove built up residue. Regrouted all areas where he had removed caulk and etched grout. Then applied a sealer to repaired areas. He cleaned up his work area very well too. Hope this helps in your decision. He was there 4 hours and charged $200.00.
