Personal Trainer
 

I recently moved to TV and am looking for a certified personal trainer. Has anyone had experience with trainers and could make a recommendation for me? I live in Tamarind Grove so someone who trains in that general area (SeaBreeze would be ideal) would be good but not absolutely necessary. Thanks.

There are certified personal trainers at MVP. I doubt any trainers would be allowed to practice in the Rec Centers.

Personal Trainer - John Cayer 352-259-3059

He is a personal friend of ours, great guy, very quiet and soft spoken. Older man in absolutely incredible shape. He is well known at Laurel Manor in the Fitness Room - he actually took my husband and me through a series of exercises on the equipment in the Fitness Room.

He is a Villager and lives in one of the villages off B.Vista between Spanish Springs and Savannah Center.

Would like to work with a personal training that has experienced with working with type one Diabetics and the struggles with exercised induced hypoglycemia. Any suggestions/ recommendations?
