Notes from neighbors
 

I've been reading the thread that (mostly) discusses neighborly behavior. I ran across this link which I found mostly amusing but also connected to that thread because it shows that, 1. Communication between neighbors can be a problem anywhere and 2. That inconsiderate, etc. people can be from any demographic and environment. Some of it is 'X-rated' :22yikes: so............

yes, most of them appear to be from apt. or condo dwellers. I live in the great metropolis of Torrington, a 'city' of 35,000 in the NW corner of the state. It's really been a great place to live for 69+ years but global warming isn't happening fast enough to give it a good winter climate (except last year......).
