Moving MIL from AZ
 

My husband's mother, lives in AZ. Sadly, her husband of 50 years was removed from their home by authorities last week as his Alzheimers had sent him into an aggressive and completely irrational state. He will not recover, nor will he return to their home. My MIL is blind from diabetes and macular degeneration and has a heart condition. Her mind however is as sharp as ever, and of course she is in great distress. There are no other relatives, and I too am sight impaired and can be of little practical help. If she were brought to our locale, does anyone know of a facility where she might live on her very small income? I am completely out of my depth thinking of a solution. If she were to move from AZ would my MIL be eligible for any FL state assistance? I very much appreciate any input.
