new golf cart charger question
 
I just purchased a 2013 Club Car. The charger makes a loud noise and emits a strong burning odor when charging. Is this normal for a new golf cart charger?

When new they sometimes have an electronic odor, but that should disappear within a week. The noise is for sure not normal and the dealer should address.
