singles table for mardi gras party?
 

hi fellow singles,

i had a nice time tonight with the Red Garter jazz band and they have a Mardi Gras party planned for 2 nights jan 30-31 at hacienda rec center...sounds like fun with billie thatcher, the red garter girls and guest entertainers, with costumes and prizes for best table decorations...i would like to organize a singles table of 10 for $125, which comes out to $12.50 per person...i am sure they will sell fast so if you are at all interested please post here or pm me and if i get enough interest we will make it an event! it is byob and snacks, and starts at 6:30 with music from 7:30 to 9:30. i prefer the thursday date, the 31st as too many other things go on on wednesdays...so let me know if anyone is reading this :)

almost time for final reservations for mardi gras party, have almost two full tables...should be a lot of fun...let me know if you are thinking about it! :)

just want to report that a great time was had by all, so many of us won great stuff, and there is talk of repeating the party again next year...one of our single gals invited us to her home afterwards...if singles want to meet each other this was a good opportunity!

I had a blast! Thanks so much to chacha for organizing a great event! I got to wear my gaudiest sequined outfit and jump around on the dance floor with all the other crazies. also got to take pix of my house in progress. Villages, here I come, april 1. So glad to meet a nice group of singes and especially happy to be friends with Diane.

meanwhile, singles, i see that there is a singles valentine dance on fri feb 15 with tickets on sale at the box office....another great opportunity! guys, we need you to carry your weight here and show up once in a while! :)
