Hope to be out of jersey by february soon to be buying in the villages after 2 year wait. me and the wife can't wait

Congratulations...lucky dawg...we are closing in Fernandina in feb. but will not be down permanently for a year. We are still Stuck in cold, damp, New Jersey..
