Amazing that the construction team in the villages can go from cement slab to roof enclosed in 6 days..
We will be closing on February 11th. They could be finished well before that date.
Amazing operation.:bigbow::bigbow:

We built the Lantana and stretched the garage 4 ', the back of house by 2', and the side 4'. We took everyone's advise and went as big as we could within the budget.

We drove by Pinellas today and there were 30-40 workers laying blocks on a slab, Looked like ants working. Couple of hours later they were gone and there was a 4 foot wall all around the house with rebar sticking up.

I agree you have done the right thing. It is less expensive to extend your space when you build. I love the Lantana and I have been in stretched Lantanas and they have just been beautiful!

We watched our home being built recently and they have amazing teams just for each task. There is a team who does the foundation and another for the walls and another for the electrical and another for the roof. They schedule each one with the materials needed dropped off the night before. They are all skilled craftsmen and craftswomen. (There are women too.)

We have had several homes built in our lifetime and bought three brand new ones and this was the best experience we have had. They don't disappoint.

We really enjoyed watching homes close to us go up too. (Except for the dust and dirt and noise)

I have no reason to say what I just said other than it is the truth.

I am so happy for you.
