Just bought a house
 
I just bought a house in the Villages in Mira Mesa ...now have to go back to Texas to sell mine. I am very excited to be moving there, hopefully by the middle of March

Great Christmas present! Welcome to The Villages. We recently purchased also (Oct. 31) very near you in Rio Ponderosa. Love the location (7 minutes to Town Square and about the same to Market Square by golf cart) and large mature trees.

dixie61, Congratulations on your purchase. I rented in Mira Mesa earlier this year -- I really liked the location. Enjoy your new home in The Villages.

Where in Texas are you moving from? I just purchased a Lantana in Pinellas and will be moving from Louisiana in May.
