New Homeowner
 
We have visited The villages, & rented for the last 5 years. We finally
bought our new home in Fernandina, and will close on January 17th. we
are leaving sat. the 29th, going to Michigan, getting all our needed
paperwork, and comming back for the closing. We will stay until the end of
March. We will then go back and sell (hopefully), our Michigan home. What a great Christmas!!!:o:2excited:

Congrats Greg & Sue. :beer3: We hope you're able to sell your home back in Michigan quickly. We look forward to seeing ya when we're down. Rob was up at 4:30 this morning doing the driveway...You sure you won't being missing the Northern Winters? Have a safe drive back to Michigan and then back to TV.

Thank You, we were wondering how robs parents made the trip down?, we
sure will not miss the winters, (i hope our 2 weeks in Michigan go fast). We
will be here for the closing Jan. 17th, and stay until around March 15th, then back to try and sell. We also look forward to seeing you, can't wait to buy

It will be awile before we get a golf cart, but what is better a gas or electric? I know you have had both. No need to answer that quickly, we have
2 cars now.

We are from Woodhaven, about 25 miles south of Detroit, lived in Michigan
all our lives, best Mich. vacations in the up. (taq. falls, big bay denoc),my spelling is terrible. Retired now and do not want cold or snow.:crap2:

I bought a home in Fernandina (from Dallas) and closing Jan 9th.So excited I can hardly wait!
