I just moved in. Do we have a library? If so, where? Phone?

Lady Lake Public Library

This is outside the Villages proper but Marion County Library System also has a branch close by us. http://www.marioncountyfl.org/Librar...Locations.aspx

Two Libraries are easy to find:

The 1st one is by the High School opposite Southern Trace.

The 2nd one is at the County Building at 466-a & Powell Rd. This is where you go for license etc. (It would be on your way to Brownwood).

The Mark Twain library is in it's own little building next to Paradise rec center. It's a funky little place, take out as many books as you want, bring them back in a week or a month, no library cards just a Village ID.
