'Forks Over Knives' movie by Healthy Choice club
 

There was a notice in yesterday's Daily Sun newspaper. The 90-minute movie will be shown at 1 p.m. Thursday at Savannah Center.

This movie examines the idea that degenerative diseases can be controlled or reversed by eliminating processed foods and animal protein.

The movie will be followed by a one-hour discussion. There won't be any charge or registration and two men will be on hand to answer questions. For more info. call 533-7903

We watched the movie last year and began to make some serious food changes. I think I'd love to see it again and listen to the discussion. Always ready to learn more.
