Tomatoe Plants
 

How about if I staked a square with four stakes, and then wrapped clear plastic around to block the wind, would tomatoe plants survive this time of year???? Gett'n itchy: Want them for end of March a040::icon_wink::ho::throwtomatoes:

on cold nights throw a blanket over the whole apparatus. and it is the perfect time to put them in now. and the season is over by memorial day.

Your tomatos will do fine. just protect from hard frost.

They like cool nights...there is something that looks like a collar you fill with water and put at the base of the plant.. Have seen them on the Internet got as a gift. I start mine up north in April with no problems
