We are building a new home in TV due to be finished in March. I am a fixed wing instrument rated pilot looking for a flying club. I'm looking for a block time rental situation at first with the possibility of fractional ownership.

I belong to the Village flyers. We meet monthly at Sea Breeze and also do a monthly fly out. Some own, some rent. There is also an active light sport aircraft and club rental situation at Coleman field nearby. For standard aircraft rental Leesburg airport has numerous types available.
