New to fernandina
 

We are building an iris on quail court and hope to be in by this coming march. We have a lot of questions, like the mailing system, trash (empty boxes), lawn service and pest control......etc. We are from michigan, houghton lake area and we will be full timers in tv. Sold all the toys and now selling the house and lake lot. Can't wait to load the truck and head down i-75. Then it is make new friends and enjoy the village's lifestyle............see you at 1318 quail court someday!!!!!

The neighborhood pools are co-located with your keyed mailboxes. The garbage pick-up is twice a week (and one of those days picks up garbage + recyclables). You can post your free boxes here on TOTV and they will be picked up and much appreciated. There are plenty of vendor information here on this website and you can also poll your neighbors to see who & why they chose who they did.

Tim and Mary, congratulations and welcome. We just moved down here from MIchigan, we closed Monday, stuff was delivered Tuesday...spent 2 days unpacking and decided that I'm taking a break. Right now, sitting on the lanai, cold drink, sunshine...hurry and get down here!! We're in Fernandina also, on Brassie Terrace. Looking forward to meeting you.

Hello neighbors. At least I think you are because we will be at 1381 Bokeelia Villas. We are renting for now as I am still working. We will be down for our first visit in our new home March 31st. Hope to meet you! When we closed on our home all the lots around us were sand piles. It is very hard to imagine a whole new neighobrhood.

We are also from Michigan and are on Mockingbird Lane. Part timers for a couple of years but will be down in March and again in April. It is very cold here in Michigan this week.

We're also building in fernandina, a st Charles and we settle in march. Can't move in until our home in Atlanta sells and can drive that truck down with our furniture. Until then, we're camping out with a bed, few chairs etc
good thing we can walk to the bonifay country club to eat!!

There is no fee for your mailbox in Fernandina.
