How to find lot dimensions?

Does anyone know where I can find vacant lot dimensions? I am looking at the "New Neighborhoods" section of "thevillages.com" and it shows the street address, lot number and premium (i.e. 1142 ALLAIRE LOOP, S205.207, Home Site Premium: $4,000); however, I do not see the actual width/length of the lot. Thanks, in advance, for any/all help.

When we were looking a couple years ago, we had a villages sales rep email us a copy of the map which gives lot dimensions. One thing you might also look for on the map is where the utility boxes and fire hydrants will be placed. Sometimes people buy lots only to realize later they have big utility box right in front of their lanai. Best of Luck to you.

You can try this site and use the measuring tool.(Looks like a ruler). It isn't exact but should be within 1/2 foot or so.
Sumter County - Geographic Information System..One thing it won't show is easements which may affect how much room you have to position or stretch the house. The lot you listed looks like about 89.9' per side, 64.4' across the front and 59.7' across the back. All are approximate but should be pretty close.

Your sales rep has and can email the lot or the entire unit with every lot dim.

I have them for mine,

Ditto as above, we got them from our sales rep.

Even better is the sales reps right hand woman (or man)...they immediately get the exact lot dimensions

Looked at the map, does anyone know what the dark green lines represent around the homes? I did not see a legend that tells you. Thanks

The double dark green lines are the unit boundry. As in unit 209, 210, etc.
