New iTunes format=a TOTAL MYSTERY
I own a PC laptop computer and have successfully and easily downloaded podcasts through my iTunes account. Moving my podcasts into Playlists has been simple. Now, since Apple decided to change the iTunes format, I am completely lost...I found my podcast downloads, but HAVE NO IDEA where my playlists are hiding and have NO CLUE how to move my podcasts to my playlists , plus I can't sync with my iPod because the method to do so does not appear anywhere. I have searched the web, searched YouTube, read Apple support forums, have asked anyone I meet under the age of twenty for help. So far no success. I hope someone in The Villages can help me. |
Could this help?

iTunes and podcast were separated on the upgrade. Now two separate apps. I didn't move my podcast into a play list. Mac- iPhone - iPad - iPod

I Tune Playlists

When you open up Itunes (at least on my screen), across the top where it lists songs, artists, genres, etc., playlists is also one of the options. Click on playlists, and they appear on the left side of the screen.

I'm among the many who hate Itunes 11. Used to use Power Search all the time. Now it's gone. Apple has been bombarded with complaints about this version but I don't expect any positive changes.

As Boogie Shooter, kindly pointed out, we created a step by step guide for some basic functions in iTunes 11 on the forum.. check it out: https://www.talkofthevillages.com/fo...es-11-a-67475/
Hopefully that's helpful. |
