Three buses at the Loud Boy Group yesterday! Hope they had a successful blood drive.

Iron was 12.4 on the right side and the phlebotimist tried both hands with a 12.4 on the left. I am getting there but still not enough to donate. Need a 12.5 or above for the hemoglobin.

Please remember to donate blood if you can. May see some of you on one of the blood mobiles around the Villages.
