Wood floors for Iris?
 

I'd like to have opinions and thoughts about changing rugs in dining/living area for wood floors....laminate? True wood? Does it add or deter from value? Approximate costs? Etc. Any info would be appreciated...

Nothing like real wood the look & feel, engineered is nice but you can see & feel the difference.

Not sure of costs, doing it myself with cypress.
