Great Carpet Cleaning Job
 

We just had our carpet cleaned for the second time in our 2 year old home. Our initial experience with the first company was not good - used a company several recommended on the TOTV. This time we used Great Lakes Carpet and Tile.[LIST=1][*]Arrived on time.[*]Put down paper on floor tile exposed to the hoses.[*]Used protectors on corners of woodwork and drywall to protect from pulling hoses. [*]Truck mounted cleaning machine used hot water/steam and did a very good job removing water from the carpet. Carpet is clean and dried in about 6 hours.[*]Employee was very professional.
Overall, we are very pleased with this company and will use them as our regular carpet cleaner. Price is the same as the first company.

Just had our carpeting re-stretched and cleaned by Great Lakes Carpet. Could not be more pleased. The workers arrived at the appointment time and work was done efficiently and cleanly. Price comparable to others. (I like the idea that the work crew is in uniform identified as Great Lakes.)
