Does anyone know how to find out approximate dates that building will commence on new rec centers? I'm especially curious about the Manatee rec center.

My guess would be as soon as they finish Big Cypress Rec Center they will start Manatee. Probably start sometime this summer.

What's the latest on when Manatee Village Recreation Center on Hillsborough Trail will be completed? What about Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center on Buena Vista?

They said several months ago Hillsbrough was going to be building houses next to Manatee by years end.

That was from a VP not sales rep, so they should start soon if that schedule sticks

They put up the 24 inch (or so) black plastic dust/sand barriers along Hillsborough Trail. I assume that this must signal that they are about to do something.
