Who bought an ELM designer?
 

did anyone purchase an Elm model home?? would like to ask you few questions?

I have been looking at the designer Elm for a while but then I also like the lily

We built an elm designer. One reason we built the elm is due to the guest bath off the lanai. We also built a pool so having the guest bath off the lanai was handy. We also liked the master situated in the front of the house.

We built an Elm and are very happy with it. :BigApplause:

The main thing that swung it for us was the Bathroom and Toilet off the Lanai.

We have the door to it unlocked all the time we are out and it is so much nicer than having to travel through the house.

We took out the island in the middle of the kitchen and that works just fine, the only think we are going to do, that we didn't do in the design, was to fit a fan in the kitchen instead of the light in the centre of the ceiling. :MOJE_whot:
