Broke my arm Friday night. Good news: apparently just need a cast, no surgery! Better news: was in company of great friends who took terrific care of me. Special thanks to Angie Fox, Orin Miller and Jim Balano (Mr. Katezbox) for support getting to and fro hospital and wonderful neighbors Fred & Barb Zlonick for lots of help Saturday including dinner. Makes me thankful all over again to live in Lower Paradise.

Now I need some help from you. TV ER put on temporary splint but must call an orthopedic surgion on Monday to get casted. ER referred me to Dr. R. Duane Cook. Any experience with him? Any other recommendations (especially if in-network for FL BCBS PPO), but any recommendations welcome.

Also need a local Primary Care. Thanks in advance y'all!
