Villages Relocation Service
 

Did anyone use the Villages Relocation service? Are there any advantages?

We had them suggest three realtors but decided on one for ourselves. You are supposed to get discounts on moving companies.

I didn't think it was all that wonderful.

We used it. Found out by our agent that besides us paying his commission he had to pay a percentage to the villages. I think he wasn't doing all he could do for us because of this. House on market for 6 months so we took it off and the next week another company called and had a buyer for our house. Sold in two days. That was two years ago.
