Hello.

My wife and I recently retired and are considering spending part of the winter in Florida.

For now, we will rent. But, if we decide we like it enough, and spend enough time in florida, we might buy a place.

I will have many question about TV.

I have read a number of posts already and found them to be helpful. I will have many questions. Thanks in advance.

You will definitely find the forum useful, so keep posting and reading and use it to your advantage! I came for one week for a lifestyle visit and ended up buying a lot and building a wonderful home! So bring a checkbook just in case!! :a040: TV is a great place to live and very friendly, so I know you will enjoy your time here. I came from the Chicago suburbs. Where do you hail from? There are lots of midwesterners here in my neighborhood of Gilchrist. Many from Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, IL...;)
