Comcast/wireless router problems

did anybody else lose their wireless router connection overnight with Comcast.

I tried everything, but was only able to connect computer directly to cable modem.

Tried unplugging and plugging back in the cable modem and wireless router. Tried another wireless router I had... nothing worked except direct connection.

Finally on internet search found that I needed to let cable modem stay unplugged for at least 5 minutes to allow it to reset. That worked.

So was wondering if others had the problem overnight?
