New band at Tierra del Sol
 

A new band called Vinyl Recall will be playing at Tierra del Sol this coming Friday night. They play songs from the 50s and 60s with a few from the 70s thrown in. You have to make reservations.

I don't dance but i did lots of singing along on Friday night. You passed the audition with flying colors. Keep up the good work.

I had a feeling Doug and Pam would be there. I expected Winston to be there also. People are so predictable.

I was there with a large group of friends on Friday night. We had a fantastic time! The new band, Vinyl Recall was great. They played a variety of music and had the crowd really dancing. Very impressive musicians and the vocals were great. We were impressed with the girl singer as well as all of the gentlemen. A lot of visitors are in town and even the younger kids were having a good time on the dance floor. Absolutely loved the fifties songs and especially the Beatle tunes. Anyone know where they will be appearing? I would go to see them again.

I had a great time also, Marigold. Vinyl Recall will be at Tierra del Sol again this Saturday, April 6, from 5:30-8:30.

What do the Beatlemaniacs do? My wife, Beatle Mary wants to know. Thanks!

The Beatlemaniacs are a free club. They usually show movies and talk for the first hour and then a group of musicians join in a play tunes while everyone (at least I do) sing along to the songs. If you like The Beatles, it is worth checking the club out. Every Friday from 10-12 at O'Dell Rec Center. If you are an accomplished musician feel free to bring your instrument and play along. Otherwise just sing.
