How to I sync iPhone & Outlook Contacts?
 
I have an iPhone 4 and want to sync my outlook contacts with my iPhone. My wife tried it with iTunes and lost all her iPhone contacts.

You can do it without iTunes by using vCards. This gives a good explanation:
