Frank D'angelo from d'angelo inspections. He recently inspected our new home and we were very pleased. He was extremely thorough.

Brian Harwood of Harwood Home Inspections gets my vote. Very, very thorough and reasonable

Frank would be my choice. He wasn't here when we had ours.

Most find a few reasonable concerns to fix and a lot of tiny cosmetic things that we wouldn't have even troubled ourselves with.

Be prepared for pages and pages and pages of stuff and most don't amount to a hill of beans.

Ours had a number of drywall repairs and they fixed them perfectly. It is always good to have a professional look over your home as one year approaches even if nothing serious is found.

Since there is a lot of little piddly work, I have heard that the contractors and the inspectors don't drink together much.;)
