TV seasonal visitors and Clubs
 

Can a seasonal rental visitor to TV (say 3 months) join a club or attend club activities or is club membership restricted to owners or full-time residents?

clubs are open to anyone with a Villages ID.

If you pay the $50 for the resident ID (or your homeowner does), you are considered a resident and anything available to a resident is available to you. If you get the guest pass, you can attend any meetings, etc. but if they are full, residents will get priority and you will be asked to leave.

You will have to pay what fees and dues are required for the club (including the annual membership fee) whether here one month or a full year.
