Pat and Denise Frayne here...moving on Tuesday (!) from Cape Coral, Florida up to The Villages in Gilchrist!! Have had our eye on TV for a few years now, so we are very excited to meet our new neighbors and get settled in our new home!! We are both former FedExers, and originally from the Philly area...Havertown and Southwest Philly. Pat is an avid tennis, softball, almost any-ball player and dying to get on the pickleball courts, so he will be looking for playmates. Stop by and see us Tuesday...1454 Brinkley Lane!! Gotta get back to packing...Ciao!!

Hi, Denise. Thanks for introducing yourselves. We will be moving to TV in the summer. We are from the Philly area northern suburbs in Montgomery County. My husband, in addition to being a golfer, wants to take up softball. We will be building in the neighboring village of Fernandina. Looking forward to meeting in-person. Welcome.

We also live in Cape Coral and have a house in the Village of Santo Domingo. Our Cape house is on the market with only one bite in the past month, but we have our fingers crossed. Hope to meet you one day when we are up there.

BEAUTIFUL!! I guess you know TV has an excellent softball program and hosts the Senior Games there!! We've been up just for that over the past few years. Give us a shout when you get there! Good luck!

It took us almost a year to sell, but things are definitely picking up now!! It will happen. Good luck, and hopefully see ya in TV!!
