EZ Go RXV Issues
 

HELP Me
My wife and I own two EZ Go 2009 RXV carts Electric.
One works fine but the other will not run. I am not sure how to test the carts electrical systems.
Before the one broke down they both would give a little Chip or frog sound after turning on the key. That noise (chirp/ Rivet ) does not sound anymore in the broken cart.
I help my hand on the motor of the good cart and I feel a click when turning the key. The other cart I do not feel that click.
The Solenoid clicks on both.

What makes that Chipping sound?

How can I test what is wrong?

This AC system goes through a series of test and clicks during the power up mode when the key is turned on. Just as a simple test for yourself, try this one on the cart that works. Depress the accelerator pedal about one inch and turn the key on, you will most likely note the famous click will be missing.
If your lucky it may be a simple as a throttle adjustment on the other cart.
There is not much more that can be done without instruments.
