Need recommendation for refrigerator repair

See the Virginia Trace website and look under "good services listing". We hired a retired Villager who has worked on GE appliances for decades off the site. Just Google "Virginia Trace" and you can get to it.

Beck's Appliance Repair 352 245-2598. I got his name (Rick Beck) from this website and have used him for a refrigerator/ freezer repair and also a dryer repair for a friend. Service call is $35 and he is very professional. I recommend him to my friends.

We had a gentleman by the name of Don Cauthen 750-9618. Village resident / worked for GE for 40 yrs. We were very happy with knowledge workmanship & price. I do believe I heard of him thru TOTV as a recommendation. He did work for us in Jan of 2011.

Warrenty is for two years on new homes.

We just called Don and he no longer does repairs. He is retired. What a shame!

I highly recommend Becks as well. He's trustworthy, reliable, reasonable, and very good at what he does. I've recommended him to friends and they were so thankful they called him as well.

Then you will have some protection from the many Village scammers. I use it for all home repairs now both there & other locations. When I get a good referral I keep the contact which is perdectly OK. The work, price, etc. is monitored & controlled. They are also all licensed & insured workers. H
