Cost of home upgrades
 

I will be buying a lot soon and need some help. Can you give estimates/average cost for some of the common upgrades such as .. golf car garage, stretches, crown molding, granite, wood/tile flooring, bird cages, pool, etc. etc. etc. I realize this varies by home but I am just looking for ballpark figures so we can start planning our home. SEE YOU ALL SOON !!!

Golf cart garage 10K plus the extra lot size say 17K together

Stretches 2K a foot???

Granite & crowns do after much less $$

Wood or tile 6-8K U can get rugs and go after for less

Cages $5 sq ft but count top and sq ft of sides also.

I just finished getting crown moulding installed. What a big difference it makes.
