Property Manager needed
 

Could anyone recommend a good property manager for vacation rental?

I've found Vilas Hinkle to be extremely honest and ethical. (Do a search for her name and you'll find her telephone number and comments by others who use her.)

Just to be clear, a property manager takes care of finding renters, negotiating rent, etc. If you plan to rent the property yourself (the way the majority here go), you need a homewatch person who will take care of your renters.
