Just purchased a home on Bureau Path .Is it a good idea have someone check on our home weekly?

Biggest concern would be your lawn and making sure it and the plants are getting enough water. Very dry here now. There are many reputable house watch people in TV you can have watch your new home. And welcome to TV and Gilcrist!!! When are you moving?

Safe Home Watch is $40 per month. They will ensure your home is secure and safe. They will also perform other task for additional charge such as opening home for installs or delivery of furniture or appliances. These people live in TV.

We have a home in Fernandina and use The Village Sitter. Charlene and her husband are great. They come weekly, check on our house, drive our golf cart and take great care of our home. We get monthly Service Data Sheet with information of everything they do. They are very reliable. They live in TV and have many customers here. I highly recommend them. How much do they charge?

We live in Gilchrist and use Charlene as well - great and thorough. I would highly recommend them as well.

It's a great idea. We watch a friend's home when she is not here. We check it once a week run the car and golf cart periodically. Last year in mid-July her AC had stopped. If we hadn't been checking she would have come back to a huge mold problem. We called for service and it was taken care of.
