tooth cap/crown fell out
 
I have a house guest from the UK who has a crown on a front tooth that has fallen out. Does anyone know of a dentist that might glue the crown in place until he returns to the UK? He can't get it to fit right, so the Walgreen's fix will not work.

Thanks for any suggestions.
