It has become necessary to put out a reminder that you cannot direct your comments at or toward another user. Your comments should be directed at the topic or subject at hand. Putting a smiley face behind it does not make it ok. If you make a comment at or toward another user it will be removed and your account subject to an infraction or a suspension issued against the account per the site guidelines.

It is a matter of maintaining basic respect for all users on the site.
