In ground spa and lanai doors
 

I have seen a few photos with sunken hot tubs / spas in the lanai area. Looking for what it would cost, including the spa and installation. Have also seen ads for "pocket doors" that enclose the lanai in hot weather and having AC ducted into the area. Seems like a nice setup, thanks for you help.

In ground spa would depend on if it is fiberglass or blown in concrete and also the size, materials, pumps, etc. Best to get an estimate from T & D or other contractor and give them your specifice desires.
