Pic posting question using iPad

It seems that I can only post one picture per post from my picture files on my iPad. Kind of frustrating when it appears that I'm uploading them correctly. Hit preview and the only picture uploaded is the last one I've selected to load/view in a post. Is this how it is using an iPad? It's my computer of choice these days and it's extremely easy to attach a picture to a post....it's just that sometimes I need to attach more than one. Help! What am I doing incorrectly? Do I have a setting that's wrong on my user CP or my iPad?

Hope this makes sense to you:
1. Select the album
2. On the upper right side of the album page tap “EDIT”
3. Tap on the pictures you wish to send. You should see a check mark on the selected pictures.
4. On the upper left side of the album page tap SHARE”
5. Tap on “MAIL’ and fill out as needed and mail.
Let me know if it works. Good luck!!!

Thanks, dok. What I'm trying to say, and might not be doing it well, is how to get more than 1 photo I have stored in my photos or in Photo Stream on my iPad, into a post on TOTV. I can get one into the post, but only one will show, even when I try and upload more than one at a time.

Thank you for your help, I'll keep the info you gave.

Perhaps try uploading one photo and submitting the post, then edit your post and attempt to add a second photo.

See if that works. If it does then repeat for additional photos.

Well, that sort of worked, Blackie. I had to go to advanced edit to insert the additional picture, but to do so, I had to type in the code myself. If you notice, the pictures are one on top of the other and not side by side....also, I used the same picture because my little iPad gives each pic a number and I only knew the number of the first picture because it appeared in the preview post.

I think you have me moving in the right direction, thank you.

Another method to test.

Add the photos to a TOTV album. You can then "select" and "copy" the URL's of the photos and add them to your post.

This is not very much different than trying to add photos directly but you never know.

I get around that by having a Gmail app, and can attach many photo's in an email

Hadn't thought of trying that. I'll give it a try later today. Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't have this problem when I use my laptop, just my iPad. I do have a Photobucket account and could use that, but honestly, it's so very easy to just take pics from my Photos on my iPad......;)

Thanks again for your help.

I can do that, too, OMT, but it's getting more than one to show in a post here on Talk of The Villages that's driving me bonkers. Using my computer, no problem, using my iPad, only one pic per post. Oh well, if that's the worst of my problems, I'm one fortunate individual. Thanks.

Thank you so much for this for the last year I have been emailing one picture at a time! Maybe we need a thread, iPad tip of the day! Thank you, thank you.
