I always drive myself. It's an easy 1 hour 15 minute drive and off site parking with a shuttle is about $35 a week.

Village Airport Van is the best service around apart from a private car service. Reasonable price, home pickup anytime. AND they won't leave you stranded at the airport, will pick up at anytime. Can't beat'em!
